Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name isXXXXX will be helping you with your appliance issue today.

this code means its not draining correctly, try this.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

  • Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
  • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
  • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
  • If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

to check the pump trap remove the bottom panel under the door and turn the cap counter clockwise and pull it out , clear the trap and replace, try the machine again, get towels ready there will be water comming out when you open the trap. let me know if this works, thanks Bryan

how does the panel open? is there a latch on the bottom?

ok, what i usually do is tip the machine back and lean it agaisnt the wall prop it so it doesnt fall , along the bottom of the panel you will see three screws, take them out and the panel comes off. tipping it back also helps keep the water in the tub so it wont come out as much.
