my whirlpool model RC8200XKN (which I cant locate online)

my whirlpool model RC8200XKN (which I can't locate online) cooktop quit working last night. None of the burners will heat up although the little red indicator light is lit up.

If none of the burners work, it means that you're not getting 240 volts. Because the indicator lights still work, you are getting 120 volts. You'll need to figure out where the power is being lost before it comes into the cooktop---you may need an electriction unfortunately.
