We replaced the bottom burner on our GE Monogram model number

Customer Question

We replaced the bottom burner on our GE Monogram model number ZDP36N4RD1SS, which was not working and the lower oven is still not working. The unit does heat up but very slowly and never gets past 200 degrees. What is broken on the unit and how do you repair it?
