This model has a common problem and that problem is that the wash impeller bearing tends to go bad causing the pump to not generate enough pressure to shoot the water out of the wash arms. Below is a link to the impeller kit you'll need to order. Don't ask my why it says "drain impeller kit" It's just mislabled and below in the discription you can see it says for recirculation pump motor.

Now, you are more than welcom to try and replace this yourself but I don't recommend it unless you are incredibly handy because it requires you uninstalling the dishwasher and remove the entire plastic base so that you can remove the circulation motor and replace the circulation impeller assembly.
