ok well this unfortunately means that your main rear drum bearing is starting to go bad. The noise will get worse as time goes on and eventually you will hear it when you spin the tub by hand, but for now you will only hear it at high speed spins. Eventually it will also start leaking water and that will short the motor out. The bearing is part of the outer tub so you'd need to replace the outer tub to fix the problem which is a $450 repair or so.
