I'll be helping you with your problem today. Sorry about before, this series was cut in half with half of them being the new direct drive system they use today and the other half being belt drive and the problem sounded like the belt drive unit so I didn't even think about it being a direct drive.ok that means that your timer is bad and needs to be replaced.

ok then that means you don't have a clutch slipping otherwise it may not spin fast enough but it would drain all the water out. You need to order and replace the drain pump. There is a belt that goes around everything and if the pump bearing starts to go out it will stop the belt form moving as fast as it's supposed to causing slow draining and slow spinning. Replacing the drain pump is the way to fix the problem but it's NOT easy to access since these older units weren't belt for repairing, they were built to last. So unless you're a mechanic or very handy, I would call a technician to have it replaced.
