Kenmore Dryer not drying. ServiceTeck replaced thermosate

Kenmore Dryer not drying.
ServiceTeck replaced thermosate on first call and dryer worked one time.
Service Teck replaced heating element and another thermosate- on second call. Again dryer worked one time then stopped working when I tried to use it the second time. What could be the problem ??

Hello, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be assisting you today.

The most likely cause is a blocked or partially blocked vent. If you have a meter you can test the thermal fuse which does blow when this occurs. Disconnect the power first and then wires connected to this part. Set the meter to read ohms. If you get a reading its good. No reading is bad.
