What do you mean the dryer doesn't work? There is no dryer. There is a heating element. What button precisely are you pushing?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
1.All dishes stay completely WET after Wash cycle..
2.The button is <Heated Dry>
3. Please, this is obviously: after< wash > cycle the Machine must have <Dry> cycle and dishes must be dry .
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
(edited for content) The payment $24 is stopped.

(Edited by Moderator) The "Dryer" as you call the heater, is also responsible for heating the wash water. Also, some dishwashers do and did have drying fans. So, pardon my confusion and questioning of your wording. I hope you figure it out.
