The LG Washer (WM1814CW) softener dispenser is full of water

Resolved Question:

The LG Washer (WM1814CW) softener dispenser is full of water after the cleaning cycle is completed. It doesn't mater what cycle is used. This has been going on for about 2 months now. Sometimes there is a little water and other times the dispenser is full. Lately the dispenser is full of water. We remove the water with paper towels. How can I fix this problem?

MasterTech :

Sounds like your drain in the drawer is clogged...Or the hose leading from the dispenser to the tub is restricted...

MasterTech :

You can remove the top by removing the screws along the very top back of lid...Then slide the lid back and off...THis will give you access to the hose leading to the tub...For the drawer drain...Pull the drawer out and check for blockage..
