ok can you plug it back in and listen in freezer and see if the fan is running? also are you able to remove the panel in the back of the freezer(inside) and check the frost pattern on the coils?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
after plugging in,frezzer fan is working, back of inside removed to show frost onlly along top of coils and now fan is working in frig again
Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
ok let it run for about an hour, place the back panel back in and just put one screws to hold it, in about an hour check the frost pattern again and let me know what it looks like then, thanks Bryan

frig has been on for 1 hour now, small amount of frost along top of fins and fans in frig and freezer are working
Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
ok this may be low on freon, all the coils should have a light frosting . if not its an indication of a freon leak, unfortunately you will need a EPA certified tech to check that though, in the meantime put it back together and see what happens. it may cool enough , thanks Bryan
