Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I am not sure I have lined-up the augur and it does turn. I also wonder about the in refrigerator water filter. It has not been replaced since refrigerator purchased April 2009.
that could be a problem, do you get water through the door?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Yes, water is fine.
ok I don't think its the filter then, on the back of the ice maker there is a feed tube that feeds the water to the ice maker, check that and make sure its not frozen, if it is take a hair dryer and defrost it, let me know , thanks Bryan

I don't see or know where the water feed tube is.
the tube will be in the back of the freezer and feeds part # XXXXX on this diagram, ( it feeds the cup)

cannot enlarge image. Can you send it in a form that I can see it better
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Does the whole icemaker slide out somehow, not just the bin???
the ice maker is screwed to the side wall of the freezer. you would need to remove the screws if you want to take it out completely,

How do I see the tube with the icemaker in place?? I see the cup only about 1/3rd.
well the tube comes through the back wall and empties into the cup, its tough to see sometimes, do you know if the ice maker fingers are turning?
