My kenmore model 17560101 116 volt won't start even after I push the reset button.

does this make any noise at all when you try to start it?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
It hums and then goes dead
do you have the Allen wrench that came with the unit? if not do you have a set of Allen wrenches?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I have a set of allen wrenches
ok this is jammed up and you need to take an Allen wrench and in the middle of the bottom near the reset there is a hole for the Allen wrench, stick the wrench in and move it back and forth until it frees up. make sure the unit is off while doing this, once its free try it again, thanks Bryan

I've tried that the movement is about an inch each way. turned it on, hit reset buttom still no go.

you need to get this to go all the way around at least once. if you can get it to do that it may run, keep trying back and forth, sometimes it really jammed.
