ok heres the procedure,

F2.H1 Hood keys stuck 1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect power.

2. Replace hood/light switch.

3. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.

 

the hood light switch has failed and need to be replaced. you will need to call for service on this and see whether the part is available, all my parts suppliers don't show it, this link will take you to the tech service manual for your machine if that helps, http://www.servicematters.com/docs/wiring/Tech%20Sheet%20-%208206217.pdf page 12 is where you will see the diagram of the switch, no one has a picture or part # XXXXX I can find, its in the door controls though, confusing diagrams, hope this helps, thanks Bryan
