First of all i ordered the monthly subscription so do I have to still pay the first 14$ and I replaced the thermastat thats by the flame and the ignitor
Appliance Technician: John, Home Appliance Technician replied 8 years ago

You pay the one fee when you accept.

so when it doesnt work the igniter doesnt come on, then all of a sudden it works for you is that it.

Ask Your Own Appliance Question
Customer reply replied 8 years ago
how does the one time moth fee work? I dont mind paying for this answer but not sure what else it was i signed up for. As for as the dryer I will get it to work and then it will stop working for the rest of the cycle. The igniter will never glow at the time its not working.
Appliance Technician: John, Home Appliance Technician replied 8 years ago
you can ask as many questions as you want for the time you signed up for.it sounds like the Hi Limit thermostat is to closing once it turns off the igniter, its the one on the heater funnel check the venting to the outside that could cause the problem.

well , you can look at the control board for a burn mark, you have checked all the thermostats , the thermal fuse couldn't cause that but you can join those wires and see if thats the problem not many more parts to check after the board.
