How do I get the dogs out. I pulled off the top of the agitator which is very easy to do. However I do not see a bolt. I can see what looks like a metal stud in the center about an 1/8 of an inch in diameter but do not know how to get it out if it needs to come out at all. I can get the agitator to come up about 4 to 6 inches but it does not come completely off. Please advise! Thank you.
