No problem...If you would like i can send you a tech sheet to download ...It will show you how to trouble shoot the unit...You first need to make sure there is power to washer...If so then you would check the door switches as they complete the circuit of power to control board..From what you are describing ..It sounds like you have lost complete power...Could be as easy as a bad connection..Or the control board is completely bad..If every thing went blank then i would tend to look towards failed power to unit....If you cannot verify that first you may be over looking something simple...Thanks Bob
