I have a Sears Kenmore Elite side by side refrig purchased

I have a Sears Kenmore Elite side by side refrig purchased in May 2008. An alarm began sounding this morning at 3am. I have checked the water supply, ice maker, made sure doors are completely closed and checked for a "door ajar" alarm but cannot find one. The alarm keeps beeping. What else do I do. I even unplugged the unit for about a minute and when I plugged it back in the alarm started again.
