I have a Kitchenaid range model #KEDT105V (vintage 1989) and the oven heats up very slowly. The oven element is new. The broiler also does not get hot, never gets red. I have checked the voltage to each of these elements and it is 125Volts. One of the wires to each element has continuity to ground. The cook top elements work properly.
