Our dryer is no longer getting warm enough to dry the close.

Resolved Question:

Our dryer is no longer getting warm enough to dry the close. We pulled the heating element out to test current. Is the Cutoff-tml supposed to have conetuity? How do we test to see if it is bad. We do have it on 2 30 amp breakers.
