I have a compact fridge Model 88031. When pluged in it just makes short, one second hissing sounds. the fans shake as though they want to start but cant.

Take the cover off the relay and check the wiring at the relay, the relay I think is burnt.

Is the relay replaceable or do you have to replace the whole circuit board and what would the cost be.

No you can just replace the relay as long as thats where the hissing is coming from.

Do i order the relay from honeywell or you and what is the cost of parts & shipping. Although the unit is practically new , it only has a $75.00 value at best

If its less than a yr old you can get it repaired under warranty from one of their dealers, if its not under warranty and thats all its worth , it will cost you more for parts.
