Cabrio washer stops running in cycle @ 12 min @ spin then ul

Cabrio washer stops running in cycle @ 12 min @ spin then ul comes on and this happends even with nothing in it
this was a horrible design as far as us tech believe. the problem is one of two things. the control board, or if the tum does not move around inside the cabinet freely the the suspension balls are bad. i have people replace these once a year and they are not cheap. if your getting this code even with an empty load the board is causing this. is it every single wash or intermittent? please include model number also. its found on the rear of the cabin it

Model # XXXXX

this was found inside under lid above drum

while waiting moved drum back and forth then tried again this time on rinse/spin started @14 min sounds ok then got to 13min and runing but still running and staing @ 13 min

if you use a butter knife and insert it in the crease found between the top and front about 2 inches in on each side are the top clips. push them straight back and lift the top. look around the inside of the cabinet and you will find a tech sheet. this will let you enter a diagnostic mode and test a few things so you can narrow down you problem.

I got it next please

follow the instruction to put the machine in to test mode and check the rps sensor. if ok run the manual test on the motor. see if it will run through all the speeds.

F 51 came upa motor rotor position sensor failure or lower harness problem

to access lay the washer on its back. here is the break down. the rps sensor is number 20. if the plug appears to be ok then replace. you can order it from at a fair price.
