Verifiedtake the back panel off and look by the motor for singes of water leaking/ also if you spin the inner tub by hand and it is rough at all the main bearing is bad and that is about a 600$ job give or take a few $
if you have a balanced load in then the only thing that would cause this is the shocks on the bottom you might want to check all the legs on the unit make sure there level
