I have a double whirlpool built-in oven. Model number RB770PXBB Serial

Customer Question

I have a double whirlpool built-in oven.
Model number: RB770PXBB
Serial number XD4401273
Purchased: 12/22/1994

When it is turned on, the temp goes right to 850 degree, it will not allow you to set the temp??? It is supposed to go to 350 for preheating. This happened several months ago, I shut the breaker off for a short time, turned it back on, and after a short preheat, it was able to be set.

It did it again, but this time it will not work!

What is the part number to ask for?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Would you please give me the part number.

And tell me how to pay you?

When I accepted, I got a screen to fill in an amount, but am not sure what I put in there. Orginally it said a had a $14.00 balance and $4.00 would be charged to PayPal???
