Our Crosley Shelvador refrigerator, model FFCR17F, builds up

Resolved Question:

Our Crosley Shelvador refrigerator, model FFCR17F, builds up water under the crisper drawers that then spills out the front if we don't mop it up under the crispers first; why is it doing this?

Remove the drawers on the bottom and using a turkey baster flush out the drain. It is #17 on the diagram below.

Do we have to unscrew the back panel inside the fridge or something? Because it doesn't look like the diagram

Does it look like your unit at all?

It sort of looks like that, except the back panels are screwed in--do we need to unscrew them to access the drain?
Expert:  MASTER-TECH replied 7 years ago.
If it seems like a hollow panel on the back of the fresh food section then yes.
