Have Maytag Epic Z washer - model # XXXXX At end of cycle the machine is loud and shaky. Lots of vibrations.

these are known for shaking a lot especially if you have it on a pedestal. To reduce vibration you can purchase "Shake-Away" pads which are designed to work very well in reducing the vibration of the washer when it goes into spin speed.

Speaking out of ignorance, where are the pads placed? Where can they be purchased? We were not hiving this problem when first purchased. After we moved, it has gotten progressively worse.

It's puchased at any appliance store or you can just type in shake away pads in google and there are a ton of places that sell them. They sit underneath the feet of the washer. If you think it's a problem with the machine then replace the shocks. You can look the shocks up at
