Can you get me the series # XXXXX the model tag please?

Unplug the unit and find the 4-screws on top just behind the control panel. Remove the two inner screws. Tilt out the control out by the top of it. Find the door switch in the center of the opening. Do you see a fuse on the switch assembly, is it bad?

this will take me some time to do,as tub is filled and will have to move the washer out to manuver around. can I get back to you on this, and without making another deposit?

have solved problem with washer, unplugging washer worked,how simple! Thanks
