Do you hear a hum?

Has anything broken in it?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Nothing has broken in it. The lights will come on as usual for any cycle I choose, it will fill and then sit for a minute or so, then the control panel area will humm intermittently lasting about 5 seconds and pausing for 15 seconds or so. After a few minutes of this it shuts off and if I stop it and drain it - it will drain like nomal.

It sounds like the relay on the board is bad. When it hums do you hear any thing from below. If the motor makes noise check the pump for debris. Remove the lower spray arm. Remove all the torx. 3-on the out side and 6-in. Lift out the center peice. remove the outer screws from under the center peice. Spin the black impellor if it is free it is a bad board. If not remove the screw in the center of the black impellor. Remove the impellor and then lift the front of the filter assembly and pull outwards. Clean if dirty.

Perfect. There was a small piece of plastic wedged onto the blade attached to the impeller that kept it from turning. It seems to be working fine now. Thanks for your help.
