did you get any error codes at all on this? thanks Bryan

Hi, Bryan

It had an error code of F70. According to manual, it was possibly a communications error and I unplugged and replugged the washer per recommendation.

If a Central Control Unit Heartbeat Failure is displayed, no

communication is detected from the Central Control Unit to the

User Interface.

Possible Causes/Procedure

1. Check for continuity of the User Interface harness.

2. Check wire harness connections to the User Interface and

the Central Control Unit.

3. Replace User Interface if drum is rotating.

4. Replace Central Control Unit if drum is not moving.

I'm including a link to the service tech manuals to this. this will help you test the unit. it appears though your central control unit is failty, thanks Bryan
