My 30in dual gas/electric oven does not keep its temperature.

Resolved Question:

My 30in dual gas/electric oven does not keep its temperature. I used the broiler a few weeks ago a felt it get very hot and stopped heating altogether. We found the red reset button and it started working but now it heats up but doesn't keep the set temperature. Could you tell me what could be causing this problem and what part I would need to have it fixed. Also would you know a ballpark estimate of how much it might cost to have it fixed. Is it a hard thing to fix?

most likely you will need to replace the oven temperature sensor. Part 756853this sticks out from the back inside the oven cavity. on the back wall. this controls the temperature of the oven, you can get this @ for around $65.00, thanks Bryan
