Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
ok the timer is bad. the contacts are probably burnt. how long have you had this dish washer?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

we have had it since 1998

the timer cycles around (don't know if I made that clear before)

Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
it may cycle but when the contacts for the drain connect they are probably not conncting, does it drain after the first rinse? you will need to listen for it to drian when it goes through the first rinse cycle. you may think is is but it may not be. let me know thanks Bryan

Hi bryan

the final water is clear and it looks like it wash the load normally.

I just recycled to the finial rinse and you can hear the water pump into the drain, it did pump out this time....

Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
how much water is left in the tub when it doesnt drain?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
it is up to the sub level the first detent( I might be calling it gooffy) but your finger get wet to the second knucle...
Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
I think you need to replace the timer. I believe by the end of the cycle the contacts are heated up and dont contact to start the drain pump. there really isnt anything else that would cause this, you said the pump is working so that shouldnt be the issue. hope this helps, thanks Bryan
