I have a Quiet Partner IV dishwasher that is about 2 to 3 years

Resolved Question:

I have a Quiet Partner IV dishwasher that is about 2 to 3 years old. Our previously silent machine has become deafeningly noisy over the last few weeks. What should I look at first?

Hello, Sounds like you have something caught in the chopper blade. Remove the lower spray arm and then with a star screwdriver remove the filter and disassemble the rest of the pump, you will come to a metal cutting blade, most likely you will find a piece of glass or something similar stuck in the chopper blade. Hope this Helps! Mike
