Hello, I am here to assist you. First the F7 code means you have either a stuck key/touch pad or the electronic control is bad. I am going to send you a chart that will tell you how to check to see which one it is. To gain access to the ribbon cable and control board you will need to take off the back top of the stove where the control board is approximately located. Good luck and if you have any further questions let me know.

F0 - F1 - F7Stuck keypad may mean relay is turned on. Determine if problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:
1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnecting Ribbon Cable from control and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.

If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel

are you speaking back top as in taking the oven out of wall or the panel on the top of front?
Expert:  Randy replied 7 years ago.
I am sorry, I put in the wrong model number. No, don't take the oven out of the wall you need to take the panel off of the front. Make sure you disconnect the power before you take off the panel.s

I don't feel this being my first question i will press accept due to you were leading me in taking oven out of wall only with my reply question did i come to know you had put in wrong model # XXXXX I don't feel satified.
Expert:  Randy replied 7 years ago.
That is fine, you don't have to ACCEPT but I think that I did satisfy in answering yout question as to the F7 fault. Sometimes, as an expert, we are working on several questions at one time as was my case and I looked at the other persons diagram instead of the one for your oven. Anyways, take care and have a great day.
