Hello I am here to assist you. First, have you checked the evporator fan to make sure you have power to the fan? Also, is the compressor and the condensor fan running?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
No wiring diagrams on unit. Unit is dc motor. I do not know how to test. No description on motor of wires to motor. Compressor and condenser fan are running.
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
Your mother board is bad, it sends the power to the fan motor.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
The evap motor was probably not the problem?
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
It is a common mistake even many techs make. The only problem I usually have with the evap motors are the bushings going bad, causing vibration and noise.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Where is the board located?

Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
On the back wall under a cover, you'll need to pull it out to access the cover, it has 1/4 inch screws.
