Customer Question

I have an old Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer 211 RFD built into a space in the kitchen. The upper refrigerator section is working fine (lower 40 degrees) but the freezer compartment temperature is in the upper 60's. I have installed a new freezer door gasket and fan. How do I get the freezer working again? Any suggestion would be most welcome.

hi, couple questions,is the coil where the freezer fan is all frosted? frosted a little bit? or not frosted at all?

have you cleaned the condenser up top?

is the condenser fan motor running? its up top beside the compressor

Thanks, Randy. No frost at all on the freezer coil. The condenser is clean and the fan up there is running. Hope this helps. Farnham
