Customer Question

Hi, My Maytag Neptune electric dryer has not been getting very warm the past 4 months or so. Clothes are still very, very damp in the same amount of time it used to take to dry them completely and they are only barely warm to the touch. Is this an expensive fix? The dryer is approximately 4-5 years old. I have checked the settings and it is on Regular heat - the hottest setting I could find.
