Do you have a volt ohm meter??

Other than you resetting the circuit breakers there is nothing we can do. I will tell you there is a thermal fuse in the rear of the dryer that may have gone bad, there are thermostats that can go bad and the heating element may be bad too! You have no way to tell which one of these it is! SORRY

I may be wrong on ther thermal fuse, but there is no way to go any further without you having a volt ohm meter!
