Hello, my dryer is not heating up the model # XXXXX XXXXX I have already relpaced the gas coil valves, and the glowbar. The bar will not heat up. Could this be the gas flame sensor or the thermal fuse?
Hello, it will most likely be the thermal fuse. There are 2 blue wires on it and you should have 120 volts there when the dryer is running set to heat. Bypass it for testing to see if it is the problem. The flame sensor should be closed until the igniter glows for a few seconds. Let me know if you have other questions. Dave

where would that be located?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Sorry, the thermal fuse that is.
The thermal fuse is on the blower duct in the back and the flame sensor is to the left of the end of the burner with 2 wires going to it.
