Our washer started a 40 minute cycle and 26 minutes into it

Resolved Question:

Our washer started a 40 minute cycle and 26 minutes into it started to make a clicking sound towards the bottom of the drum perhaps. No error light.

Door locked and door locked light on.   All cycle lights and controls will scroll throught but are non responsive. Cancel, start are nonresponsive.

Drum appears drained. Waters on and drain hose seem to be clear.

Any suggestions?

No. The Door lock light is on. The Control light is not on. It will come on and off as you activate it.
