they did have some to be a real pain in the ,,,,, and after they have been replaced they seem to work really good ,, i believe they did a upgrade on them because they had so many to go out ,,,, if you like you can tell me what is your doing and maybe i can help

At first it started dispensing only crushed ice and then started making a popping noise every so often. I checked it again to see if some cubes were stuck or something and found that it had formed a cascade of solid ice from the water dispenser I guess. I unplugged it and let it thaw and it worked for a couple of days and has quit again.

you have a bad icemaker and the switch in the head of the icemaker is still caling for water so it seeps though ,, here is a link you can order from and its cheaper than most / thanks again
