Do you have a voltage tester?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
Don't have one. I could probably get my neighbor to test voltage.
This is a electric dryer right?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
No, this is a built-in microwave. Manufactured in 2000.
When you turn it on does it make any odd noises?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
Just the usual noise.
Is this a counter top unit?Your model# XXXXX not want to come up.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

It's built-in

Here is how it reads, so I'm not sure if the first part is the model the second part is just the color:

MODEL NO. COLOR

911. 49485992

It could be a few things it could be a internal fuse or the thermal fuse or the control board or magnatron.I would chec the fuse and thermal fuse. You need to take the unit down and remove the cover.Just remember that a microwave holds about 5000 volts so it can kill you.Unless you have a background in this type of thing you should call a tech.

No i don't if you look in your local phone book under appliance repair you should find one.
