Customer Question

I followed the instructions that the gentlman gave me to fix the Bosch Dishwasher. I purchased the part, intstalled as instructed and the drain pump will still not turn off nor am I able to get the unit to run a cycle.

I do not remember the mans name but it was Sunday afternoon when we were emailing.

What part did you replace?

I was told to replace the INLET water valve.

Alright I'm not sure who gave you that advice but you unit is stuck in flood mode. You will have to uninstall the unit and remove the left side panel. There is a round styrofoam float in the base that if stuck up will cause the unit to think there is water in the base pan. If there is then drain it out. If not then make sure the float is pushed all the way down.
