Dear Sir We own a KENMORE ELITE Stainless Steel side-by-side

Resolved Question:

Dear Sir:
We own a KENMORE ELITE Stainless Steel side-by-side refrigerator, model #106.44103300.
Intermittent (approx. every other time that water is drawn) there is a very loud, rapid pulsing noise. The noise seems to be coming from inside or uner the refrigerator portion of the side-by-side.
Occasionally, the noise can be heard when no water is being drawn. This may be when ice maker is filling.

its most likely your water valve is not opening fully, this will cause a pulsating the valve is not staying open fully. this valve is located where your water line connects the the refrigerator, Part 775696Part 775696replace this and your problem should be solved. you can see the valve @ this link, thanks Bryan
