hi, I have a 1 year old GE Profile side by side refridgerator.Fridge side is not cooling properly.I used to hear the fan come on on the fridge side when the door was opened ,i don't hear it anymore.How do i get to it and test it. I see the fan i just can't figure out how to get the cover off etc.

Heres the breakdown of your freezer.

The shield clips hold it on I know you dont want to break it.

But as you can see theres no screws.But look to make sure.

the fan i'm concerned with is in the refridgerator section at the bottom. The freezer fan is OK. thanks

Sorry but I can see two fans from the front. One about midway down in the freezer and one in the fridge section at the bottom?? The breakdown you sent me doesn't seem to match the configuration in this fridge.
