When you wash dishes, a white film ends up on the dishes, and coating the stainless steel, the water in my area is very hard, and during certain times of the year more chemicals are added to it by the public water agencies.

Hi. that is the problem, hard water.

You can use vinegar in the cycle to reduce this.

Try a product called Affresh.

It comes in tablet form. Use a tablet with every wash.

This should help.

Hope I answered your question.
