Hello what is the model number? The unit will drain and you are using he soap correct?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
The mod # XXXXX and we use SURF Biological and i dont know if its he,,cant see it on the box.

Ok sounds like that is going to be your issue i would start by using he detergent you must on this machine if not the unit will suds up and the machine will get confused these unit are very sensitive if they go into suds lock it thinks the unit is over flooding or taking to long to drain. Try running a cycle with no clothes and a cup of white vinegar if the unit makes it through the cycle you know for sure its the soap. If the unit does not then the only thing would cause this error falsely is the ccu this is the control boar on the top back of the machine.

thank you sounds good one more thing please. we put brown vinegar in already with no joy.. should we use white viniger and just put it in detergent drawer

Try just white vinegar this will break down any soap in the unit and flush it out. Put one cup of white vinegar in the unit not in the dispenser this will clean it the fastest.
