The water you hear is normal. It is in the balance ring. What is the model # XXXXX this?

Does this agitate ok?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
It did before it stuck on the final spin. I took of the front panel and remove the pump hose and about 2 cups of water came out. I hooked it back up and tried again and the final spin cycle began at once.

Then I would replace the drain pump.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
is there a way to test the pump before testing?
Expert:  Appliance Man replied 8 years ago.
not really because the pump is draining some of the water but not all of it. If there is any water left in the drain pump then the washer wont go into spin.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
it does go into spin. It doesn't stop the final spinning and reset for next wash.

Also deals with the drain pump. The pump monitors how fast it is spinning. I tghe drain pump doesnt remove all of the water out of it it thinks that the load is still wet and wont reset.
