We have GE Profile Side by Side. The power went out yesterday

Customer Question

We have GE Profile Side by Side. The power went out yesterday for 1 hour and the refrigerator is struggleing to return to its factory settings. The Freezer was up to 11 and the Refridgerator was/is at 50. The TurboCool when turned on gives what I believe is a E2. I reset the Refridge this morning at the breaker panel and the freezer now reads 0 but the refridge still reads 50 and still getting the E2 message. Can you help us with this problem.
