Hi; Have a GE TBX 25R that has water pooling under the bottom of the vegetable bins, It sometimes has ice pieces a little higher up and some bron type material. Any thoughts??

sounds like you have a clogged defrost drain.when the ref. goes into defrost mode the water from defrost is suppose to run down a tube to the underneath of ref. into catch pan where it evaporates. this is most likely your trouble. I havnt looked up model yet is this a top freezer or side by side? I'll look it up anyway . I'll be back Bryan
