Ok it seems that this is a somewhat common problem with your model washer. Unfortunatly the problem is the control board.

This is a reply from one of the techs at the manufacturers web site.

"The F01 fault code is indicating an EEPROM error or a PUMP DRIVER error. A communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the EEPROM on board the CCU occurred.

Possible causes of an EEPROM error:

  • A power glitch may have caused this error. Unplug the power cord for 3 minutes then reconnect power.

Possible causes of PUMP DRIVER error:

  • The pump driver fails to activate. Replace the the CCU board.

Most likely the CCU board will need to be replaced.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer."

As the part is pretty expensive you may wish to consider a new unit. For twice the cost of the control board you could get a nice basic turn the dial type washer. They are much more reliable than the digital front loaders. Repairs are also much cheaper.
