Customer Question

My mother in-laws Kenmore refrig mdXXXXXXXXXX has water in and under the bottom drawers, soda cans in the back also end up with water/ice on them. This all started when we moved the refer about a year ago. I have cleaned the drain tube before but the problem returns. Please help, she already thinks I'm a loser!

If you cleaned the drain tube before why not clean it again ?
You also mentioned that this started after it was moved I would check that tube it may have got a kink in it
